This four level, 3700 square foot house has an open concept living, dining room, and an Italian inspired modern kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, on the main floor. Conveniently outside the kitchen and dining room, there is a large patio with an outdoor BBQ, where you can enjoy your meals or just enjoy the view. Set apart from the rest of the house, an elegant, private, master bedroom, with a king size bed, a full ensuite, and a special bath tub/jacuzzi, with a breathtaking view. On the lower level are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, a TV room with a double sofa bed, and for the kids, an interior play room with a TV for video games, and a cabinet queen sized bed. A special billiard and TV room with ensuite can be found as a place of refuge or party room, on the last level. This house can sleep 10 people. Pets are not permitted in the house.
The elegant house is just a short walk from restaurants, tennis courts, a children’s water park and playground. Grocery shopping is a 3 minute drive and the Shopping Centres are all within a 20 minute drive.
