Welcome to my newly furnished 3 bedroom and 2 full washroom suite in Nanaimo. We are walking distance to Departure Bay beach and 5 minutes away from the Ferry Terminal.
This place is great for sleeping up to 9 guests as we have two queen size beds in one room and a large couch for a single person. It's the perfect stop before heading back to the mainland or stopping by before your next adventure exploring Vancouver Island.
The Space:
The space is a 3 bedroom, 2 full washroom suite that sleeps up to 9 people. It's a the perfect get away for larger groups and the perfect stop before or after going to the main land or to explore the rest of the island. Enjoy the spacious yard, big enough to kick or throw a ball around.
IMPORTANT NOTE: BBQ griller and hot tub are NO longer available/operational for this property.
Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the suite. The lot is a common area shared with other guests in the suite but it is large enough to have some privacy.
New guest will have an access code to enter the house
The Neighborhood:
We are situated 10 minutes from downtown Nanaimo and the Old City Quarter, 5 minutes from Departure By Ferry Terminal. 3 minutes from the Nanaimo Golf Club. 2-minute walk to Departure Bay Beach.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and a bus stop 5 minutes away.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only a registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
