This micro-unit is a studio suite with a queen size bed with full washroom and small kitchenette. It's the perfect stop for a couple heading to or from the mainland or a quick stop before exploring the rest of the island. There is no washer/dryer at this particular unit.
Guest Access:
All guests have exclusive access to the suite. The lot is a common area shared with other guests in the suite but it is large enough to have some privacy.
New guest will have an access code to enter the house

We are situated 10 minutes from downtown Nanaimo and the Old City Quarter, 5 minutes from Departure By Ferry Terminal. 3 minutes from the Nanaimo Golf Club. 2-minute walk to Departure Bay Beach.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and a bus stop 5 minutes away. Nanaimo is a city and ferry port on the east coast of Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, Canada. At its heart, the Nanaimo Museum displays exhibits on the city’s industries and indigenous peoples. Near the Harbourfront Walkway, the Bastion is an 1853 wooden tower with cannon firings in summer. Shops and cafes fill the Old City Quarter. Offshore, on Newcastle Island, trails lead to beaches and First Nations sites.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Please note that BBQ griller is under repair and not functional until further notice.
3. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.

2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
