Our gorgeous, newly renovated home is situated on a corner lot with a stunning, private and very large yard, surround by greenery and trees. It is located in the Heritage area of beautiful Port Moody, only a 5 minute walk to the ocean at Rocky Point Park.
The home enters into a bright and cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace. The down-filled sectional sofa is a perfect place to sit with a cup of tea or glass of wine and look out the large front window at the lush plum tree and grape vines growing in the garden. Off the living room is the master bedroom, with a brand new king size memory foam mattress and down duvet (firm mattress for a good night sleep). The master bedroom overlooks the front yard, which is very private. The greenery is thick for complete privacy!
Down the hall is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need from Nespresso Machine, Fridge, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher and all the cooking supplies. Admire the breathtaking view of the mountains from the kitchen window.
The main bathroom is down the hall from the kitchen and has just been completely renovated with a soaker tub, including a shower nozzle if you want to rinse off after your relaxing bath.
The top floor of the heritage home holds two sizeable bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a queen, along with a powder room (toiler and sink).
The bottom floor of the home is what we call the "movie room". An extremely cozy sectional sofa with a big screen TV. A perfect place to send the kids if you want to enjoy some wine by the wood burning fire place on the main floor. There is a bathroom on the bottom floor with a brand new steam shower - who needs a spa when you have this?!
There is a washer/ dryer and a private yoga/meditation room where you can sneak away and have some alone time. The yoga room also has a single bed.
Port Moody is surrounded by nature. Endless trails await, the ocean, Buntzen Lake, Belcarra and several breweries are only minutes away. Come experience the city of the arts in style!
