Come enjoy this lovely 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom unit located close to downtown Victoria. This home is situated in a central location along the beautiful Gorge Waterway with a Westcoast experience watching many watersports from every window including, paddleboard, canoes and downrigger activities. Lovely outdoor space with your private patio and patio set and just a short 10-minute drive to Victoria where there are more of the same!
There are three bedrooms with king beds in two rooms and a queen bed in the third bedroom, 1 beautiful bathroom with tub and shower, a large open kitchen dining room, beautiful gardens, private patio and in-suite laundry. The suite is 1200 square feet, the garden level of the main house, bathroom has a rain shower and a soaker tub in the bathroom. The dining room seats 6 people and don't forget the two electric fireplaces to warm up.
Parking is included, bike storage and the option for one pet with a required pet fee and refundable pet deposit.
*Please note there will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival that will prompt you to set up your preferred access, then 14 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property.
For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
