This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. A free parking spot will be reserved for you in the driveway as well as additional street parking in front of the home.
Out door patio w/ fire pit. Smoking allowed outdoors.

The kitchen is large and bright with a breakfast bar and seating for 2. The kitchen includes everything you will need to cook any meal including: crock pot, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder, french press, Keurig one cup coffee machine, teapot including complimentary teas/coffee, sugar, coffee cream & more. The dining area has seating for 6.
Bathroom includes bathtub and shower, hair dryer, flat iron, washer/ dryer with laundry soap provided for short term stays under 1 month. Good sized bedroom with brand new Queen size bed, large closet and an abundance of storage space.
Just outside your door you have your own covered sitting area with extra blankets for cooler nights, a Weber bbq and propane fire pit. Propane tanks for fire pit can be provided for $30. There is also a large safe covered area that can be used to store your bikes, kayaks, etc.

Private parking in driveway as well as street parking right in front of our home. Suite access is to the left side of the home, down the walkway, through the wrought iron gate and access the private entrance from the back yard. Lockbox with key provided for self check in.
Other things to note
We have 2 kitties (Toffee & Gypsy) that roam freely around the property as well as a gentle and very friendly Cane Corso dog (Kona) who loves people. She is quiet aside from the occasional bark when someone arrives at the home or if there is a racoon or skunk in the area. For those who are not comfortable with dogs we can close the gate from our patio upstairs during your stay.
