A stylish newly renovated pool house loft inside one of Kelowna’s more unique heritage homes. Enjoy our large private pool or luxuriate in the extra large rain shower. Delicious culinary options are only a few minutes walk away or stay in and make it yourself with the well stocked kitchenette. Easily retreat from the bustling downtown core and into our leafy neighbourhood in Kelowna’s coveted Abbot Historical Preservation Area. Staying at the pool house will be an experience to remember.
THE SPACE
The house has a cute little kitchenette equipped with general cooking utensils and crockery. The kitchen has a plug-in induction hot plate as well as pots and pans for your cooking needs. We have a kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, French press and kitchen cleaning supplies. We have a small selection of tea and a little stash of coffee to get you going on the French press.
The bathroom has a huge walk-in rain shower, an electric towel warmer to keep your towels nice and dry, and of course a hair dryer. Nice lighting for your powder room needs.
The sleeping arrangements, there is a full size bed in the loft as well as a futon that folds flat. The futon is the blue one in the photos, it can sleep 2 but may not be very comfortable for 2 large people so keep that in mind when booking. The main floor has a pull-out couch with a full size bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Please indicate the correct number of guests so I can prepare the appropriate bedding :) PLEASE, ONLY ONE CAR PER BOOKING.
The whole space is about 700sqft newly renovated in June of 2022.
The large private pool and garden of the property is shared with the guests in the main house and the owners.
There hasn’t been any issues with the pool being too busy though :)
Please note, the pool is available at all times, however there is no lifeguard and all pool safety is your responsibility so please insure the safety of any younglings or new swimmers.
IMPORTANT
Absolutely NO smoking or drugs of any kind in or around the property, there will be a $200 charge for any breach of this rule. There will be no
leniency on this rule.
ONLY ONE CAR PER BOOKING
Only those who are part of the booking have access to the property, we do not allow any outside guests without prior permission.
LOCATION
We are located in Kelowna’s coveted Abbot Historical Preservation Area. Our neighbourhood is filled with mature trees, countless heritage homes, lake access, and lots of dog walkers.
We are incredibly central. We are a 2min walk from the Okanagan Lake and City Park, and a 5min walk from Bernard Street (Kelowna’s main walking, eating, shopping area).
Easily retreat from the bustling downtown core and into our lovely leafy neighbourhood.
