Welcome to Swan Lake RV Resort - bordering Swan Lake with many amenities. This tiny home features modern finishes, spacious kitchen with room for eat in dining space & lots of cupboard/counters. Quaint living room is bright with views of hillside & glimpses of Swan Lake. Resort amenities include a pool, workshop w/ garden tools, exercise room, clubhouse, & library.
The primary bedroom at the back of the home with large closet has easy access to the bathroom, set up an office or guest room in the den. This clever floor plan offers lots of storage, plus insulated shed with power is great for crafting or other uses. Private yard allows for shaded, outdoor relaxation on the new deck (fully fenced) or firepit area in front.

Welcome to Swan Lake RV Resort - co-operative ownership of a beautiful parcel of land bordering Swan Lake with many amenities. Resort amenities include a pool, workshop w/ garden tools, exercise room, clubhouse, library & access to Swan Lake.
A couple of things to note: There is a max of 3 people allowed to stay here; if you plan on having guests, let us know, our neighbors are sensitive, and we do not want the park officer or city bylaw coming by. Pets are allowed by request ONLY, and there is a pet fee that will assist with the extra time needed to clean the home for future guests. You must pick up after your pet even in the fenced yard! There is NO smoking or shoes in the house, and ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Finally, there are only two vehicles allowed. If you have a large vehicle (RV, motor home, dually Truck, boat, etc) you must get special permission. There is an additional change for parking this within the park (depending on availability). There is no on-street parking, and we will give you a parking diagram before your stay; you MUST follow it, or you will be towed! 1 more thing, there is no open flames to be lit within the home.
House rules will be sent with welcome book via email a week before check-in. Please note there is no parties, smoking or open flames aloud in this home.
