Welcome to our cozy tiny home with a spacious living room and one bedroom. IT’S ACTUALLY THE SAME SIZE AS TWO BEDROOMS AND HAS A BIGGER LIVING ROOM! Just a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the lake, our cabin is part of a Lindell beach holiday resort offering amenities for both kids and adults, including a pool, hot tub, playground, kids’ playroom, tennis court, and basketball court. Enjoy the nearby golf course, waterpark, and adventure park for even more fun and activities.
Available for 5 night minimum stays!
Please note that the last day of the pool for this season will be Sunday - 14th September 2025.
From this day onwards, the pool and spa will be open the normal time from 9am - 10pm.
KITCHEN: Renovated and fully equipped with a full sized stove, oven, microwave, and fridge! Also included- toaster, electric kettle, French press, pots, pans, cooking & serving utensils, flatware, serving ware. Salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, coffee and tea.

DINING AREA: Bench seating with a dining table outside under two umbrellas so you stay in the shade on a hot sunny day. And dining table inside with a little bar table.
LIVING AREA: Sofa bed that expands into a Queen bed and the second sofa bed that expands to a full-size bed. Flat screen 40" Smart TV (NO cable, we provide HDMI cable, or you can stream through your phone). Selection of board games available.
BEDROOM: A fully renovated bedroom with queen bed.
BATHROOM: Renovated and fully equipped with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-Tips, hair dryer. A set of towels will be provided for each guest.
EXTERIOR: 1 designated outdoor parking spot, personal fire pits (propane and wood), personal BBQ, outdoor seating & furniture.
COMMON RESORT AREAS: shared coin laundry ($2 per load), selection of arcade games at clubhouse, outdoor playground, tennis and basketball court, green space, POOL & HOT TUB!
What Should You Bring?
- Groceries
- Firewood (Check for campfire bans)
- Outdoor activities/entertainment items (basketball, tennis or pickleball racket, tennis or pickleball balls, pool floaties/noodles, beach towels, bicycles, scooter, kayak, paddle boards, etc.)
- Propane tank for BBQ. An existing propane tank will be on site with whatever propane that is left. Additional propane is to be supplied independently.
Lindell Beach Holiday Resort is a safe & secure, gated community. Your reservation gives you sole access to your unit. The check in process will be completed at the resort office at the entrance of the gate. Your guest pass is paid for and includes in your reservation so you will NOT need to pay any additional fees to the resort.
If you would like to bring your boat, please inquire before booking. Subject to availability and must be parked in the designated boat parking area.
Boat Parking Fees: $10 per day or $50 per week
Other things to note
Only ONE dog is permitted. Dogs must always be on a leash at the park. No dogs at the pool please. Dog beach is available -15 min walk.
!!! Please NOTE of the following:
- Please use one appliance (toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.) at a time to prevent tripping of the power. If the power does go out because of multiple appliances in use, simply re-set the power on the fuse panel that is located inside the bedroom on the right side of the bedroom closet at the bottom.
- There is no WI-FI at the cabin, but free WI-FI in the common game room and pool.
