The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for one-night stays. For your privacy and security there is a single exterior camera at the front door — outside only, never indoors and never in the pool area.
