Taluswood - The Bluffs is a two bedroom, one bathroom townhome perched high above Creekside Village on the south side of Whistler Mountain and offers scenic mountain and valley views. Please note it is rented as a two bedroom unit with third bedroom blocked off with owners belongings. Owner is open to some negotiations.
Living Areas
The main opent concept living area is up the stairs from the front entrance and features a gas fireplace, Bluetooth audio and a wonderful view of Alpha Lake, the Tantalus Mountain Range, as well as Creekside Village. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops is open to the dining room that comfortably seats six with sliding door access to the deck and natural gas BBQ.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. The first bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen smart TV and in room access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom features double size bunk beds. The bathroom features a tub, shower, single vanity and heated floors. Please note the upper floor, third bedroom, is locked off for owner access only.
Ski Access
For the winter enthusiast, this home offers access to nearby Dave Murray ski trail leading to the Creekside gondola. To reach the ski out trail, exit Taluswood the Bluffs complex and walk down to the ski trail, about a 5 minute walk. The ski home trail is located above off of the Dave Murray Downhill run at The Nature’s Door complex, walk a short distance on Nordic Drive and right onto Taluswood Place.
