Taylor Lake Resort is in the heart of the Cariboo district of Central British Columbia. We are located only fifteen minutes to 100 Mile House, Our 1600 acre property gives real peaceful relaxation in nature. Sleep well, enjoy the fresh air, explore the property on the many trails or enjoy Taylor Lake. Boating, fishing or swimming are all excellent ways to discover private, Taylor Lake. Hunting is also an option in the fall, as we border expansive Crown Land. Our trails are wonderful for a hiking and we welcome bicycles and ATVs. Rudi, the owner, lives on the property and is always available for help and information. Chalet 1 offers an exceptionally clean, renovated house. There are three bedrooms. The upper level has a cozy bedroom with one queen sized bed and private ensuite half bathroom. The main floor features a full bathroom and large bedroom with one queen sized bed. There is a full kitchen stocked with all utensils you will need for your vacation. Also on the main floor is laundry room with a washer/dryer combo, ironing board and iron, laundry baskets and recycling centre. Our cozy and tastefully decorated living room features a wood burning stove with smart T.V in case you want to keep up with the news. Large windows and patio doors lead you to our elevated walkout deck with expansive views of Taylor Lake, the forest and the Marble Mountains in the distance. See the Northern lights and the stargazing is excellent. The deck features outdoor dining set and your personal use BBQ Grill. The lower level has a patio walkout and features a full large bathroom, games room, Smart TV and a double bed /futon couch. All together, the chalet can sleep six persons very comfortably.
