Come unplug at this unique 3 acre oceanfront property in the tranquil seaside community of Jordan River. Relax in this spacious modern bungalow with large picture windows 100 feet above the water for great views. Surf Rockpiles right from the beach and warm up after in the saltwater hot tub and outdoor shower. Grill up a feast after a day of adventuring on the full outdoor kitchen. Finish the day off with a backyard fire or hike the adventure trail down for one beachside.
The space
The house has a large, open living area with 1 bedroom located on each end of the house. The master bedroom has a king bed, a single day bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a single bunk on top and is located off the kitchen beside the main bathroom.
The house is located on a plateau/ bluff 100 ft above the ocean with a steep trail through lush rainforest down to the beach. Please note this trail is advanced with ladders, bridges and steep and slippery sections. Please use caution and may not be suitable for all people, small children or people with disabilities.
The large driveway has shared access for parking to an adjacent cabin on the property which may be occupied by the owners or other guests but does not affect privacy of the main house. The trail down to the beach also meets up partway down (separate entrances from the top).
To respect our neighbours and other guests, the 10 pm outdoor quiet time is strictly enforced.

Cell service is spotty to nonexistent in the area. Firewood supplied is for indoor wood stove only. Anything you need on top of that can be purchased at the cold shoulder cafe or Stoked Pizza.
