Carlin park is right outside the door providing the natural open environment, exercise trails, events and lots of activities. Private fenced patio with table/umbrella and chairs to relax with a good book or a nice dinner overlooking the park. Enjoy the beautiful beach and surf with a nice beach blanket or a bottle of wine.
