The Lake House has all the amenities and a gourmet kitchen. Three kayaks are yours to enjoy. The lake is so close! There are two beautiful bedrooms with king sized beds. The master bathroom is spacious and it has a great soaker tub, in addition to an amazing shower. There is a third bedroom on the second level with a queen sized bed and a great media unit with a desk. The main level bedroom has a triple decker queen sized bunk bed and a game station media unit perfect for kids of all ages. The loft has a spectacular media unit and a deck with a glorious view of the Bennett Bridge on the narrows between Kelowna and West Kelowna.
There is a public marina very close by and the property has two buoys available for an extra fee so you can bring your boat. Okanagan Centre used to be a quaint little town before it became part of Lake Country. There is a museum with a great playground a few blocks away. The Salty Dog restaurant is a few more blocks away. The path along the lake stretches several kilometres in both directions with a dog park on the south end and a public beach on the north end. The trail is specially decorated by local artists.
Local wineries just minutes away include Grey Monk, Ex Nihilo, Arrowleaf, Intrigue, Peak Cellars and 50th Parallel. Bring your e-bikes!
