The Space:
Upon entering this house, you first step into a large veranda with its magnificent view of the Aber Benoit. From this veranda, you then access a large, cosy, comfortable and bright living room, with this sea view always predominant.
Still on the ground floor, you will also find a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as the house's only toilet.
Upstairs you access the 4 bedrooms of the house. The first 2 have a beautiful sea view and are equipped with double beds: a queen size bed of 160x200 for one and a double bed of 140x190 for the second. The other 2 rooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with 2 single beds under the slope, and the other with a single bed. You will also find the bathroom on this floor with a washbasin and a shower.
In the basement, you will find a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The outdoors will delight young and old. The landscaped garden of over 10,000 m² has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the Aber Benoit. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and loungers).
This house also has private access to the beach, you just need to go down the garden to find yourself on the beach of Béniguet.
