The suite has been beautifully decorated with many character accents and it features white marble tiles, quartz counters, fresh paint and beautiful artwork throughout. Every detail has been thoughtfully and lovingly considered to ensure a warm and memorable stay. >A NATURE LOVER'S DREAM< The property backs onto a forested ravine, creating tranquility and beautiful nature surrounds. At night, you may fall asleep to the sounds of the local owls or coyotes howling in the distance. Many hummingbirds frequent the property and you can occasionally see bald eagles and deer in the ravine. Within walking distance of the property there is a beautiful wildlife nature reserve renowned amongst local bird watchers. Trumpeter swans, many species of ducks, osprey, and more frequent the area and can be spotted nestling in the grasslands or swimming in the lake. Within a short drive, there is also a beautiful dyke trail adjacent to the river. There are many trails nearby which are great for walking your dog! There are also 2 large pantries with pullout drawers. >PRIVATE, QUIET & SECURE< The suite is totally separate from our main suite and is self-contained with a private entrance. It has a private bath; private washer/dryer; and private patio. Both bedrooms have locks with their own unique keys. If you wish to keep to yourself, you can be assured of maximum privacy. If you wish to chat and share stories, we are always eager to get to know our guests! The choice is yours. >LOCATION< The property is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping complex with many amenities including a healthy, organic-oriented grocery store, pet food store, liquor store, pizza place, Greek restaurant, gas station, McDonalds and a 7-11. There are many other restaurants and larger shopping centres a short drive from the property. The property is also within walking distance to bus stops and the area is well connected via public transit; many taxis and ride-sharing options (i.e. Uber) are available. Conveniently located near Abbotsford Airport, Sumas (USA) border crossing, many hiking trails, High Street Shopping Centre, and only an hour from Vancouver, everything you need is within reach.
