The top floor is dedicated to the primary suite, a private retreat featuring a king bed, an ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe, and stunning ocean views. On the middle level, an airy open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the large, undercover balcony, where an outdoor setting and built-in BBQ invites alfresco dining. The stylish kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, makes meal prep a breeze. This level offers a powder room for added convenience.
The ground level houses a second TV room—with plush couches and a large flat-screen TV—providing a separate hangout spot for the kids.
