Summary: The home is clean but the hot tub had leaves in it which we cleaned out ourselves and there is a smell in the home (not a bad smell….but a very distinct odor). The beds could be bigger and more comfortable (seemed like small queens). We loved the kitchen and it was well equipped and clean. Lots of comfy seating around very large island. One of the 3 bedrooms with bathroom is located in basement just in case you have concerns with stairs. Beautiful large yard. Plenty of parking. The location is about 15-20 minutes into Quebec City and the island is very safe (the house is even located directly next door to a police station). The island is picturesque and some nice restaurants nearby. Quiet location. Overall….a good experience,
