The Residences at the Beach Club are on the same property as the 5 star Beach Club Resort on one of Canada's best beaches. There are acres of sand with 1 Km. to water's edge at low tide with warm tide pools for toddlers' to paddle in and skim boarding opportunities. One of the BEST views of Parksville beach can be seen from this 7th floor balcony!!!
The condo offers 1400 square feet of luxury living. The master Oceanview bedroom has a king bed and full master bathroom with 2 sinks, stand up shower and full bath tub. There is a queen bed in the other ocean view bedroom and a queen-custom/hand-built queen-size bed in the other bedroom. This unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults plus 2 children! A 250 sq ft. panoramic ocean view balcony spans the front of the condo with a BBQ and separate sitting area. There is a living room with a smart TV and WiFi is provided. The living room has ample seating with a recliner chair and 2 love seat couch's, a gas fireplace and a Bose Bluetooth Acoustic Wave audio system. The laundry room is in the suite with both Washer/Dryer and a large rinse sink. Access to the building's swimming pool, hot tub & gym is included. There is NO central A/C in this building. We do provide fans and ocean breeze. ONE secure underground parking stall. NO smoking/Vaping as per strata rules-This is a NON smoking/Vaping building and property and NO pets are allowed in this condo.

The building is immediately adjacent to a kilometer long seaside boardwalk, community park with a large playground for children while being close to city Centre, restaurants, shops, etc. The Beach Club Resort offers a fine dining restaurant, spa and meeting rooms. We provide an informational binder with lots of local knowledge about nature walks, hiking and activities. Exploring the east coast of Vancouver Island includes quiet and quaint local coves and marinas while the Cowichan valley is famous for its wineries. Parksville is situated on the turnoff to the west coast of Vancouver Island which is famous for Long Beach stretching between Tofino and Ucluelet, surfing, and whale watching. Victoria is a 2.5 hour drive south where sightseeing can include tea at the Empress hotel, Craigdarroch castle and Butchart Gardens in addition to the world class provincial museum.
