Private pool and outdoor shower, spa shower, outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen with grill and electric smoker. Open floor plan with full kitchen and huge island. Featuring 4 sleeping areas: 2 suites (one king, one queen), a bedroom with full over full bunk bed with trundle which can be converted into 3 beds, and a sectional sleeper sofa in a living room with curtains.
The space
Plenty of free parking with a 3 car carport plus additional uncovered parking. Spacious fenced in back yard with 150' of seawall. Lots of outdoor spaces with incredible views, a large pool and pavers, outdoor shower and teak deck, fire pit, outdoor cooking poolside with a Weber gas grill and separate smoker, hammock and available water sports kayaks upon request. Inside there are 2 suites, a king and queen. Master suite has spacious luxurious shower with 20"x 40" rainfall shower, wall jets plus handheld sprayer. Third bedroom is set up with full over full bunk beds plus twin trundle; the full beds can be separated into two full beds on the floor.
