Super clean and bright 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a solarium and balcony that have excellent views of False Creek in the south, over all of downtown to mountains in the north. One free parking space, extra safe. Short walk from Chinatown/Stadium Skytrain that connects with airport. We would appreciate it if you could please take off your shoes when you come into our suite. No smoking in the suite or on the balcony please. E-bikes are available for rental. Bring swim garments for the hot tub!
Jacob and Jennifer will all be available to you to ensure you have a 5 star experience in our home. Our building is called Firenze 1 and is serviced by three elevators. It is downtown and we have security on-site 24 hours a day. Fobs are used to enter the building and the common spaces such as our swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and parking levels.
Our building is a short walk away from the entertainment district of downtown Vancouver. Rogers Arena and BC Place literally minutes walk away, you can't get closer. Queen Elizabeth Theatre and Vancouver Playhouse just up the road. Gastown is two blocks away to the north. You can walk to Science World, or the Main Branch of the Vancouver Public Library. The Sea Wall path that encircles downtown, Stanley Park and many outdoor parks and beaches are close by and accessible by all wheeled devices and by foot. We are also very close to the Pacific Central station and the Rocky Mountains Express station.
In the suite I believe we have everything you may need to feel right at home. Earnestly cleaned living space with freshly clean linen and towels every time. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. All the amenities of a modern kitchen with new plates, bowls and cutlery of course. Ground coffee maker, Keurig K Cups coffee maker and hot water kettle with tea pot onsite. Blender for smoothies. Pots and pans all available just like your home. I have disconnected the garburator and have provided an organics bin which is the best way to manage food scraps these days. There is a very comfortable couch, beware you may fall asleep on it. It does pull out easily so two can sleep on it, linen for it is found in the storage space in the sofa under the Moose pillow. We have a Samsung flat screen TV that has Apple TV attached to it. You can sync your Apple device to it and you can watch what ever your imagination can think of. The Apple TV will allow you to login to your accounts and watch what ever you would like such as Crave, Prime Video, Disney + to mention only a few possibilities. Netflix and Disney+ is provided. The Wi-Fi is second to none and the Network name and password can be found in our guestbook in the TV stand (red and white book titled "Firenze"). I have also included an electronic drum kit for those who want to rock out or get groovy with the rhythm of downtown. Diner table in suite for 6 people, with place mates in the drawers. Extra chairs can be found in the in-suite storage room. A portable AC is onsite for the summer months. We have a balcony that gives you amazing views of the city with chairs and table to enjoy the outdoors, please do not smoke on the balcony or throw anything over the railings. No smoking in our suite or the building please. Go outside the building to smoke or vape.
I have a new Rad Power e-bikes, a Rad Mission, and a Rad Runner that can be rented for a daily rate, to help you explore our great city. Helmets for an adults or child, are provided. Please enquire about renting the bike in advance to allow me time to prepare for meeting with you to hand it over and receive it back. My personal e-bike, a Rad Wagon, from Rad Power Bikes has a safety cage and padded seats that accommodates two small children, a maximum weight of 300 pounds load of all riders. This can also be rented and requires plenty of notice.
It's a great suite for friends and family to spend time together before venturing out to see the wonderful city of Vancouver.
