Located in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, packed with stylish breweries, great coffee, vintage boutiques and eclectic eateries, including Vancouver's highest concentration of Michelin star restaurants. This chic and comfortable two-bedroom townhouse is spread across two levels with an inviting back patio and garden. The main floor includes a newly renovated open plan kitchen and dining room with seating for 6 and 4 countertop stools for dining up to 10 guests. There is also a small office and desk and excellent wifi and a small bathroom. The living room can be closed off with French doors and accommodate one person on the extra deep and wide leather couch from Restoration Hardware. Just off the kitchen, there is also a patio with a small couch for having coffee in the sunshine. Down the steps, there is a large garden with a BBQ and a larger couch, table and additional seating nestled under a large willow tree with bamboo and string lights.
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bedroom and one with a double bed. There is also a media room area with another comfortable Restoration Hardware cloud couch that can be used for sleeping one additional guest. Note this area is not private and has no door. There is also a second sink and bar area and a full washer and dryer downstairs. You will also find downstairs a full second bathroom with a bathtub and shower and additional toilet.
This is a home that is lived in that we rent only when we are travelling, not a hotel so you will find a real house with real belongings. If you prefer a sanitized house this is not for you but if you want a perfect urban oasis with lots of great character in a super cool neighbourhood and a full kitchen, a BBQ and great linens we would be happy to host you in our wonderful home.
Note, this house would be most comfortable for 4 people but can accommodate an additional 2 on 2 couches.
