Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This self-contained 600-square-foot cottage is all you need for a fun weekend on the Sunshine Coast. Nestled beside a garden, the cottage has a covered outside space to barbeque and dine or simply hang out and enjoy the solitude. This weekend getaway is a short 2-minute drive to Sargeant Bay Provincial Park, numerous hiking trails, and 10 minutes north of Sechelt.Located on an acre in a quiet area of Halfmoon Bay. This cottage is unique and full of sports memorabilia and even equipped with 2 TVs so you feel like you're in a funky pub. The queen-sized Murphy Bed has a high-quality BeautyRest mattress.
There is a quiet patio and even bocce that can be played in the grass area.
Please note, we do not allow smoking or vaping inside or anywhere on our property.The cottage sits in between our 2 family homes but because we are on over an acre, it is very private and self-contained. The patio is covered and sits in a lovely garden setting. Parking is directly outside the cottage.
The space includes a kitchenette. There is no full stove but there is an air fryer, an extra large convection toaster oven, and a single burner cooktop burner. The patio has a Webber barbeque and an outside eating area.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a regular coffee pot for the traditionalists. There are also some coffee pods, tea, and a Brita water jug provided.
We have provided a lot of kitchen essentials and if we've forgotten anything...just ask us.
We are a 10-minute drive into Sechelt for shopping and some great restaurants. The Saturday Street Market runs from April 1-October 15.
