Please note that the air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom is currently not functioning. The living room AC is operational and can help cool the common areas and adjacent spaces. We recommend keeping doors open to allow airflow from the living room unit.

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.
All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)
Please take out the garbage before you check-out and leave our property in the state you found it in. Bins under stairs at front entrance
