Kitchen and Living Room - The kitchen serves as the central hub of this multi-level property, with an open floorplan situating the dining table and living room on either side. Equipped with a gas cooktop and dishwasher, the kitchen is well thought out. Sliding doors open up onto the balcony from both the dining and living areas. Off the main entrance you’ll find a sitting room equipped with a gas fire place, a powder room with a toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms - This home offers 3 spacious bedrooms across its 3-storeys. The master bedroom is fitted with a split system, television, and ensuite, and boasts bay views. The 2nd bedroom on the same floor is also equipped with a split system, a balcony, television, and can be configured with either two king singles, or a king size double bed.
