The entire property is available for rent accept garage and garage side driveway. Perfect for entertaining , find all amenities of home including a large kitchen with major appliances, out door gas BBQ wash dryer, and radiant floor heating in the bathroom. Bring your both and tie up to the many docks around the island than head out and explore nearby in the harbour.
Guest access
You will have access to three bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, two full bathrooms, laundry room, balcony, backyard and front parking.
Keep your eyes open for seasonal visits from bald eagles, humming birds, and yes even whale and dolphins which have been known to visit the harbour. Enjoy the regular appearances of seals, deers, sea lions, and many other beautiful west coast species.
We are located just 5 minutes away from some of BC's most beautiful walking, hiking and biking trails.
There are 2 parking spaces available in the private parking area plus street parking.
When you check in and have had a chance to relax, we will greet you with a warm welcome and show you around. We will be available to answer any questions and provide you with any support you may need to make your stay comfortable.
Our guest house is a smoke free environment inside and outside.
Please no shoes inside the house. Leave your shoes at the door.
We are on a septic so please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Please do not cook on the gas fire pit. There is a BBQ available to grill any food.
Please leave the place tidy and put everything back the way you found it when you leave.
Please respect our guest home like you would respect your own home.
The property is only to be accessed by the renting parties. If these rules are broken Vrbo are authorized to charge the renting guest $75/visitor/day in addition to the number of guests on the rental agreement.
