You’ll also have access to a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, mop with bucket, and a drying rack.

Villeurbanne offers all the advantages of a large city in a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. Whether by metro, tram, or bus, you will have quick access to all Lyon neighborhoods thanks to the extensive public transport system.

Villeurbanne boasts a vibrant neighborhood life: young people, families, or retirees, the town offers numerous cultural facilities, sports complexes, associations, various shops, schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of its residents makes Villeurbanne unique and rich. With a strong cultural heritage, Villeurbanne features historic places such as the Gratte-Ciel, the Town Hall, the National Popular Theatre, the Anatole France school, the House of Image and Sound, Studio 24, the Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to grow with new neighborhoods like the Terrain des Sœurs, where our current development, Carrare, is located.

Culture: With various venues and major events that are uniting, convivial, and creative. Public and private theaters (TNP, Théâtre de l’IRIS), the National Music School, concert venues (Toï Toï Le Zinc and the Transbordeur), the IAC (Contemporary Art Institute), an independent cinema (Le Zola), cultural centers (Rize and the CCO), a Ninkasi like in Lyon, the House of Image and Sound (the city's media library), Les Invites, the short film festival, and the youth book festival.

Some great spots and highlights in the neighborhood:

The Brotteaux district, typically Lyonnais, with its terraces and lively spots.

The famous Parc de la Tête d'Or and its zoo.
All other Lyon neighborhoods are accessible in under 15 minutes by public transport.

To get to the apartment from St Exupéry Airport, take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Gratte-Ciel. The apartment is a 10-minute walk away.
