Summary: Prior to my booking i made sure to select a non smoking room and that a continental breakfast would be included as listed on amenities of thr hotel. Once i arrived the room odur was of cigarettes and continued to get worse throughout my stay, no breakfast was offered after asking the front desk, not even a hot beverage. The TV didn't work but the bedding was clean at least. Wouldn't normally complain but feel this needs to be shared due to hotel services listed online not actually being the same as provided. Front desk staff were polite and friendly.
