Beautiful 3 bedroom newly built waterfront house on Georgian Bay! Located in a quiet area with a beach! In the summer the lake is perfect for swimming! Just bring water shoes as there can be rocks and zebra muscles. This 3 bedroom waterfront home is the perfect place for a summer or winter getaway! Please note this cottage is Pet Free.
This space is unique as it has spectacular views of the sunset and is right on the water!
The house is complete with a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A full deck, equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ. The deck provides spectacular views to watch the sunset. Kitchen is equipped with a full fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and other small kitchen appliances.
Sheets, pillows and towels are also provided. Bring your own beach towels!
We also have 2 kayaks that you are free to use from June until September.
Georgian Bay is home to the 30,000 islands and you can take great boat tours from Midland and Penetanguishene. Other area attractions include St Marie Among the Hurons, Martyrs Shine, Wye Marsh Conservation, Georgian Bay National Parks, Discovery Harbour, Keewatin Steamship and much more. Close to hundreds of kilometres of wilderness biking or walking trails.
It's a short drive to Mount St Louis and Horseshoe Valley for winter skiing and miles of snow mobile trails for winter fun!

Guests have access to the cottage and the waterfront area. There is a dock on the beach that is shared with the property next door. The dock is brought in for the winter (usually sometime in October) and put back in the water in the spring (around May). Occasionally, the property owners may be on the beach for beach/property maintenance, but apart from that the beach is private. Please note, the garage is not included in the booking. Occasionally the bedroom in the garage is used by the owners guests. The garage is completely separate from the cottage and there is still full privacy. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external Ring doorbell / security camera on the front porch. It is always on and recording video and audio. There are no other cameras on the premises. Should you have an issue during your stay you can ring the doorbell and it will connect you with someone who can assist you. We are also always available by phone, email or text during your stay. The owners of the property live next door as well and are available when needed.
*Note About the Beach* - Georgian Bay water levels have risen drastically this year change on a daily basis. Depending on the water levels during your stay, you may or may not see the beach. There is however a large grassy area right by the water that guests can use (see photos). There is a sandy public beach less than a 5 minute walk away from the cottage called Magnus Park that can be used if guests would like to enjoy the beach.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 5. Should it be found that there are more than 5 people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.
Absolutely no parties allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no dogs or pets are permitted due to allergies. If it is found that you have brought a pet, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee because the family that use the property are highly allergic
Any watercraft onsite is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting in the use of onsite water equipment. It is the user's responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment. The dock is not suitable for leaving any watercraft tied to it due to rough water.
