Backing onto the Galloping Goose trail, leading to many walking trails and hiking spots, running right into our newly updated downtown Langford area, which has all ammenities necessary. Shopping, restaurants, waterparks, stunning beaches and attractions including some of our favourites "Witty's and Esquimalt Lagoons, Hatley Castle and Matheson Lake". Very close to superstore and Walmart.
House has AIR CONDITIONING. It's spacious, bright and welcoming! Large, decked out backyard, fully stocked (BBQ). Welcoming all fishing trips, we have a deep freeze that you are more that welcome to your for your fresh catches. We are located in Langford just outside of downtown Victoria (approximately a 15 mins drive to downtown). Plenty of parking available.
