A six-person sauna on the property, a deep soaking tub, and your own fire pit. After a day of hiking or adventures on the river, come relax your weary muscles in the sauna. Two king bedrooms and a bunk room with a pack-and-play sleep eight in a quiet white house in the woods, about two hours from the city, ten minutes from the Delaware River and twenty-five from Bethel Woods.
Elm House sleeps eight across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open living area has a large sectional, forest views and a Roku smart TV, and a quiet sunroom, perfect for reading, catches the morning light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware and everyday essentials. For coffee there is a pour-over setup: Fellow Opus burr grinder, gooseneck kettle, V60 and scale.
Bedroom 1: king bed, views of the backyard and fire pit.

Bedroom 3: two bunk beds, four twin sleeping spaces, and a pack-and-play.
Every bedroom has a new memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and its own remote-controlled heat and air conditioning.
The primary bathroom has a deep soaking tub and soft lighting; the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a dedicated workspace.
The six-person sauna sits between Elm House and Ash Cottage. When only your house is booked it is yours; when the neighboring cottage is also booked it is shared, and our team will set up evening slots for each group before you arrive.
Check-in is self-guided. We send your door code before you arrive, and the path and driveway lights come on at dusk. Your parking is at the top of the driveway, on the side closest to the sauna.
The whole house is yours: every room, the kitchen, the laundry, the sunroom, and the private backyard with your fire pit and seating. The sauna between the houses is yours when Ash Cottage is empty; when both houses are booked, we set up evening sauna slots for each group before you arrive. Ash Cottage may host another group. No parties or events. Elm House is intended for quiet, respectful stays only.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No outside visitors without prior approval.
