The bed is dressed with fresh linens and warm bedding. I also provide soaps, standard toiletries and clean towels for use during your stay. I take the comfort of my guests very seriously. Unlike a hotel which just changes the sheets in between guests, I ensure that all BEDDING and LINENS are fresh for each new guest. This includes the laundering of bedspreads, duvets, duvet covers, mattress cover and sheets. When you arrive you can be assured that everything is fresh and clean!
***Kitchenette features; Fridge, Freezer, Salton Induction Cooktop, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes, Cutlery, Sink, Sharp Knives and Glassware everything you need for a light meal or take out! There is also a BBQ with side burner exclusively for your use available outside the entry door.
**There is no stove for baking or dishwasher**
The entire suite is yours to enjoy! There is a private WEST facing covered patio complete with furniture for enjoying the sunsets in those summer months.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
+For stays greater than 10 days bi monthly cleaning is required and will be added to the reservation. This helps to maintain and ensure that the studio has that fresh clean feel through the duration of your stay.
As is standard, it's expected that you leave the suite in the same condition upon which you found it. The included cleaning fee is so you get to walk into a fresh, sanitized, spotlessly, clean home. It's not for our cleaner to do your dishes or pick up your garbage, wipe nasty spills etc.
They don't clean up after you, they clean, prep and sanitize FOR you.
