The private beach and marina are just a 2 min stroll along the lit, manicured walkways, where you can soak up the sun!

The space:
Tastefully appointed and fully outfitted home with a private patio and a screened SUNROOM to enjoy. Books and games! Beach and yard toys supplied, as well as a cooler and chairs to take to the beach.
Enjoy the patio and sunroom at the end of your day while your kids play within view. This cottage is in a prime meadow location with lots of field space around and less neighbours.
