Our newly fully rebuilt home has a new luxury private guest suite with a scenic view of Boundary Bay, North Shore Mountains, and it backs onto a forested green space. Its a lovely setting. The suite has its own private entrance into the walkout ground level suite at the rear of the home. This suite is the only guest suite, and you will have access to our lovely backyard including large patio, firepit, bbq, patio chairs, and rear lawn. The patio sits beside a lovely pond at the end of a babbling brook water feature that adds to the already beautiful forestedsetting beside mother nature. You will have shared access to our heated outdoor workout room beside the suite that also has a great view.
Inside you have a large bedroom with a luxury king size bed, large TV, dressers, and a window that has a view through the under-deck area towards the sea-view and mountains beyond.
We have a newly built custom kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, sink, and large fridge with ice maker / water dispenser. Equipped with coffee maker, cooking items, dishes, etc.
Livingroom has fireplace, large screen TV Luxury Massage Chair, Sectional Sofa ... French Doors, and large windows viewing pond and Sea-View nature view beyond.
the bathroom is beside the kitchen and includes Couple's Soaker Tub, hand Shower, Cedar Sauna, and private toilet / sink.
The home is located 1 block from the USA border at Point Roberts, and is set in a nice quiet subdivision of good homes, in a terraced hillside neighborhood. Across the street beside the home is Diefenbaker Park and we are about a block from a local bus stop.
We are in great bike riding area, leading to English Bluff above the ferries, leading to Centennial Beach Park for great beachside trails, park, and walkways with fabulous views, leading to Point Roberts and area across the border, and of course a short bike ride to the BC Ferries for those that wish to peddle to Victoria or the Gulf Islands.
We have lovely restaurants and shopping essentials only 11 blocks from our home.
This property is about 25 minutes to Oak Street Bridge, the entrance to Vancouver City proper, or 20 minutes from White Rock ... or 10 minutes to the ferries.
Tsawwassen is a cute little village community of around 12000 residents, with brand new Mega mall and surrounding Outlet stores now here to serve you. We are a place to visit on our own, or fairly central to travel around the Greater Vancouver Lower mainland region. We love it here !
