The space:
Beautiful guest house. Big yard, tree swing, decks, and outdoor dining and lounge areas for you to enjoy.
Separate private entrance so you will have complete privacy for your stay.
Bedroom, bathroom, outdoor workout space, kayaks and life jackets. Simple yet cozy with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The living and dining space is very large. Big screen tv with Netflix, prime and HBO.
Queen bed with a soft, fluffy duvet and extra blankets.
Guest access:
The private space is all yours, and please make use of the shared deck, lounge area, and outdoor dining area. Store your skis in the protected area .There are tennis and Pickleball courts at the end of the street. You can enjoy bocce ball and badminton on the lawn. Down at the beach there are restrooms and changing rooms. Free parking in the driveway
Other things to note:
The space is completely private with a separate entrance however, you will share a wall with the other side of the house.
Just like you would in a hotel room.
We always do our best to stay quiet and not disturb you.
There is no stove in the unit but we do provide an air fryer upon request.
The mini fridge is stocked with water and creamer for your coffee or tea. Hot chocolate after a day out. Slippers provided in the bedroom.
There is also a toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
We provide you with coffee pods and teas.
You can have a continental breakfast or make sandwiches for a picnic!
A train passes by sometimes up the hill behind the property.
Usually 2 or 3 times a week.
You will hear it but it only lasts 20 seconds.
Please use the gym equipment and kayaks!
