Summary: Check in process was flawed because emails from hotels.com contained incorrect information. Apartment was well appointed, noting there was considerable noise from the surrounding building sites due to its low level in the building. Only feedback would be while the mat in the lounge might have looked nice, it was extremely uncomfortable to walk on bare foot.
