You can't get any closer to the water than this! The Courtenay Beach House was built over 40 years ago and has a beautiful rustic modern feel. Enjoy a cup of coffee next to the wood burning stove, watch a movie on the 50' TV, or adventure off to all of the outdoor activities this house and city has to offer!
The house offers many tourist activities and is a centre for hiking, biking, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and wildlife viewing during the summer time.
You will enjoy peace and quiet at this private location. Memories will be created on your vacation by viewing wildlife like sea lions, seal and all kinds of birds literally a few feet away from you.
Entertain yourself with wireless internet, 50' TV with Apple TV. We also have a record player with over 50 records to choose from! The record player is also able to connect to phones, so feel free to hook it up to your phone and have a dance party! We also have lots of board games and cards that you can enjoy on the kitchen table or in the living room. The large dining room table seats 6 and the couch looks out the windows to the ocean and Mount. Washington.
The large deck is made for relaxation with a BBQ, patio dining set and lounge chairs.
There is 1 master bedroom with a Queen sized bed in the top loft. This loft also offers a cute 2 seat table that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or to have "breakfast in bed".
There is also a pull out couch with a tempurpedic mattress that easily sleeps 2. The sectional couch in the living can very comfortably sleep 1 person as well. The kitchen is fully outfitted with new appliances and culinary tools for any level of cooking you choose.
