Adjacent to the Golden Ears park, over 400ft of river bank with beach and river bed easement privately owned. The property is incorporated with the Frenchmen's Pool - a spectacular fishing hold along with several other prime fishing spots. River tubing from the property to the Maple Ridge Park can last as two and half hours long or choose to tube for 10 mins with the 400ft river bank. Tubes and other recreational gear included.
