Great location, quiet but surrounded by things to do. If you're looking for nature, Coquitlam River is just down the street. Take a quiet walk along the stunning Traboulay PoCo Trail or enjoy the banks of the river where people tube and hang out in the sun all summer long. We're close to many other rivers, lakes, and hiking trails as well.
There are a lot of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance: sushi, pizza, coffee, an imported candy store, and bubble tea are right downstairs. Groceries, post office, and pharmacy are just blocks away. We're a short drive from Coquitlam Centre Mall, Douglas College Coquitlam Campus, and Coquitlam Central Skytrain station. About a hundred feet away in the Community Centre, there's a gym, pool, and library. A ten-minute drive in any direction gives you new food and shopping options.
