Welcome to Hot Tub Hideaway! We are very enthusiastic hosts and are here to make your stay the best we can. The home is located in the South-West end of Shawnigan lake on a dead-end road, just a few minutes' walk to the public block dock. The property is peaceful and surrounded by cedar trees for privacy. The block has neighbours but they keep to themselves and are very pet friendly. The main house is shared with a family upstairs.
The location is great for walking, hiking and biking trails (Kinsol trestle), quad and motor bike trails, swimming at our block dock, visiting local beach’s on the lake, and renting lake toys. 10 minutes to Shawnigan Village which has Black Swan pub and liquor store, Jen’s Sushi, Masons corner store, Oma’s bakery, ice cream, coffee shop, rec centre, and museum. 15 minutes to Millbay for groceries, liquor, sushi, shops, and wineries. 30 minutes to beautiful Victoria which has a amazing harbour, downtown shops, restaurants, and ocean walkway.
You will enter the private suite through a gate on left side of main house. On the covered patio you will find a bbq, bistro set, picnic table and enclosed hot tub. The suite is newly renovated and has a entrance closet, large bedroom with spacious closet, nice size bathroom with heated tiles, kitchenette has dual induction hot plate, air-fryer/oven, Insta pot, and coffee/tea bar. Living room has a pullout sleeper sofa, extra blankets/pillows, TV with Roku, and dining for four. If you have a special request just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
