The summers and fall here are spectacular and the weather is pretty near perfect; 70-80's during the day and 40-50's at night. A/C is rarely needed during summer months here in the mountains; it cools down so much at night that opening a window chills the air to low-high 60's.
Streets and sidewalks are plowed in the winter, driveway and back porch is your responsibility to shovel; shovels are provided.
Nearest golf, swimming pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are only a short 3 minute drive. Recreation center with indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, climbing gym and such is a 5 minute drive.
On site for guests to use are 2 pickle ball paddles, 2 adult PFDs and a ski rack.
