40 minutes from both Victoria, BC and Duncan, BC.
Available June for 4 nights minimum.

At checkout we ask that you leave the unit as you found it.
Check out time is 11:00 am- unfortunately there are no exceptions, as we must prepare for the next tenants.
Each unit is individually owned and furnished. Please do not remove items or take patio furniture down to the beach.
Missing items will be charged to you and taken from your damage deposit.
Patio furniture must not be removed from the patio area of the unit. Do not take any furniture to the beach.
Each unit has a designated, numbered parking space, which corresponds with the unit you are registered to. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed at any time. Parking for guests is limited to the area of the pool building. If it is full, guests need to find parking off site.
Parents are responsible for their children when using any of the resort equipment or facilities.
Children are to be supervised by an adult at the pool and beach at all times.
No smoking anywhere on the resort.
Pets are not allowed in the units or on the grounds.
No loud or unruly parties, quiet time is 11:00 pm.
Damage to the unit, its contents, or the resorts property will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
