Summary: The hotel did not have power when we arrived for our 3 night stay. We’d stayed here previously and our stay was excellent. We know the power outage was not the hotels fault but felt they could have done more to inform guests. With no place to eat and everything shut we ate chips the first night. Some guests had lighting in the hall and a place to charge their phone but our end of the hotel did not. After we’d checked out (2 days early) we overheard a staff person telling another guests the restaurant would be open 5-8! Had we known this we may have stayed with somewhere to get a meal. I don’t expect this is the first ever outage therefore felt let down.
