Escape to the countryside and enjoy a peaceful stay in this 1 bedroom loft style suite. Enjoy views of historic oak trees and serene nature on this rural property tucked away in a park like setting. Conveniently located, the suite is a few minutes away from Camosun College (Interurban Campus) and 20 minutes away from downtown Victoria. Shopping and all major amenities are close by. The suite has one bedroom fitted with a queen bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The suite is pet friendly.

Welcome to the Oak Tree Hideaway located in Saanich. The property is tucked away in a rural park like setting and is conveniently a short distance away from shopping and all major amenities. The suite is a few minutes away from Camosum College (Interurban Campus) and approximately 20 minutes away from downtown Victoria.
The suite is self contained, has it's own private entrance and offers plenty of privacy
The suite is located in a carriage home and features an open concept layout, an apartment sized kitchen, 1 bedroom with closet space, the bathroom has a stand up shower (no bath tub). The designated eating area can double as a work space for guests working mobile. The living room has a leather couch and a Smart TV. Guests can sign into their streaming channels such as Netflix, Disney, Apple TV and Prime.
The suite can accommodate up to 2 guests and is set up to offer short or longer term stays (up to 3 months maximum).
Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
NOTE: the suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions as there is a flight of stairs leading to the suite.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
There are 2 designated parking spaces in front of the carriage home.
Upon driving up the driveway, approach toward the garage area and there is a labelled parking area just to the left of the house. The private entry door to the suite is just to the right of the garage doors. Once inside, follow the flight of stairs to the top.
This suite is managed by a vacation home property management company.
Guests will correspond with a member from the guest services team.
Rural Saanich is the largest ‘neighbourhood’ in Saanich. It is valued by its residents and by those from outside the area, for its natural beauty, high biological diversity, agricultural and forested lands. Known for its large lots, hobby farms and country estates, it is popular among homeowners that prefer privacy and a more rural, natural setting, while still having the convenience of being within a 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria, grocery shopping and recreation centres.
What We Love - Rural Saanich’s Quiet country roads, and commitment to protecting rural open space, parks and recreations spaces. The area has an abundance of interconnected trails and Elk Lake and Prospect Lake are fabulous for a refreshing swim.
One well behaved dog is welcome with a $100 pet fee.
There is no dishwasher.
There is no washer/dryer on-site.
No smoking, vaping, cannabis use in the studio or on the property. The property is surrounded by trees/shrubs and smoking can cause a fire.
Pets are not permitted on the bed or on any of the furniture.
Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners must pick up and remove any pet waste from the property. There is a marked bin for pet waste provided in front of the suite door. Guests that do not clean up after their pet are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
The studio is on a septic system so no "foreign" objects can be flushed down the toilet. Do not use use bleach products.
No parties or loud music.
Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm till 7am.

- This property is non-smoking, please do not smoke, vape or use cannabis inside or on any of the property. Smoking is prohibited to prevent forest fires.
-No parties, events, or loud music on the deck or on the property.
-Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
-No live shellfish is allowed inside the house. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
