House Rules:
-Minimum required age to rent is 35 years old. Proof of ID is required at booking. The person who books and gives up their ID must be staying at the rental and must give our caretaker their ID at check in. Direct email correspondence will be needed to get Liability waiver and arrival information sent to guest.
-Liability waiver must be signed at booking for use of the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, Trampoline and exercise gym.
-No big events or raging parties, Quiet dinner parties encouraged
Immediate evictions will occur with no refund.
We have a caretaker next door who over sees this.
If you need to rent our home for an event or for filming purposes, please inquire as different rates apply.
-Overnight sleeping guests are maxed at 8 people total
-No smoking or Vaping, No drugs inside the house or pool area
-No hard soled shoes / outdoor shoe inside the house.
We have sensitive real wood flooring and scratch easily. Larger floor damages done by guests will be charged.
-Don’t leave any pools of water on the floors as it warps our wood floors
-Conserve energy: turn off lights and turn off the indoor pool and turn down the pool heat after each use
-The digital door lock code will be sent to you the day you check in. We do a virtual check by Face time or Whats app on your arrival. The person who booked the reservation and is 35 years+ must be present at this virtual check in and show us their ID in order to receive the door code to get in. Thank you for your understanding.
