Soaring 14ft vaulted ceilings and breathtaking ocean views enhance the bright and airy open living space, which is thoughtfully designed, yet comfortable enough for families to relax and come together. The oversized kitchen boasts a gas range, fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with the culinary essentials fit for a chef - additionally, a full-size gas BBQ sits on the deck for added convenience. Enjoy time together at one of two large tables that comfortably seat 8+, perfect for entertaining both inside and out. The living room features a comfortable American Leather queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa which offers relaxation and versatility across from the eye-catching gas fireplace.
Each of the two bedrooms have individually controlled heat pumps with air-conditioning systems and TVs, including an XBOX 360 in the “bunk room” for the gamers! The primary bedroom exudes comfort and elegance from the breathtaking ocean views and patio access to the exclusive Fairmont Sterns & Foster King Bed ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep. In the second bedroom, a carefully crafted set of bunk beds sleep up to 6 with queen-sized lower bunks and Twin XL above, plus the added bonus of a sliding barn door to close off this section making it feel like two units in one! Radiant floor heating in both bathrooms and in-suite laundry are two more features that make this beach house feel like a home.
The 1100 sq/ft living area is situated above two tandem parking spots (including an EV charger) and storage where you will find an abundance of items such as paddle boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys and skim boards to enhance your stay.
The Beach Retreat is located directly on one of Canada's best beaches, where you can watch the kids play and dogs meet up while enjoying the abundance of wildlife such as soaring eagles, cute otters, salmon jumping and tide pools full of sea stars, moon snails and sea anemones. It is also an incredible year-round vacation destination offering amazing skiing at Mount Washington, world-class fishing charters, wineries, Saratoga Speedway, and four golf courses all within 30 minutes drive or less, plus pristine provincial parks bursting with stunning lakes, waterfalls, old-growth forests, hiking, and biking trails!
Pet Policy: Please note there is a strict limit to 2 dogs in the space. Dogs are subject to a fee of $25/night per dog. You will also be required to sign our Pet Agreement prior to your stay.
Good to know:
- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not accessible for those with any difficulty on stairs.
