NAYA is the ideal vacation home to bring the whole family together. Located just steps away from the Pouldohan beach and hiking trails, it serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the splendid Breton coastline!
Already rented for several years, this house has always been the delight of vacationers!
Upon your arrival, a warm entrance welcomes you, with a large walk-in closet. Then, you access a vast living room with a cathedral ceiling, offering a superb sense of space and brightness. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests. These two spaces overlook a vast wooded garden inviting you to relax, perfect for enjoying sunny days around an aperitif or a barbecue. Then, the fully equipped kitchen is independent from the living room and has a storage space for your food supplies.
On the ground floor, on the other side of the house, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) offering an unobstructed view of the garden, as well as a children's bedroom with two single beds. A spacious bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a massage jet shower, and separate toilets, completes this floor.
Finally, take the beautiful staircase to reach the upper floor, where you will discover a large bedroom with a private shower room. The hallway then leads to separate toilets, and to an airlock with board games, and to three other comfortable bedrooms. An additional bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.
