Our location allows our guests to enjoy the best of the Okanagan Valley, the Boundary Country and Baldy Mountain Ski Resort.

This 1-bedroom non-smoking vacation rental is located on a ranch setting, giving skiers, nature lovers and hunters privacy, beautiful views of wetlands, birds, and wildlife, all in the comfort of a private carriage house.
The carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen, 3-piece bathroom c/w linens and hair dryer, laundry facilities, master bedroom with Queen Bed c/w bedding, wardrobe, and desk, dining area, living room with a Queen chest Murphy bed, WiFi, private parking, propane BBQ and a private outdoor fire pit.
Song Bird Ranch is dog friendly however, for the safety of our animals, an application for prior approval is required.
There is also an additional pet cleaning fee.
During the winter season when not skiing at Baldy Mountain Resort or snowshoeing the marked trails located on our property you can enjoy bird watching, taking in the Mountain Chickadees and the very inquisitive, and bold Gray Jays also nicknamed the Whiskey Jack. The White Tail deer and moose can also be spotted on the property all year round.
During the summer season, the property has 75 acres to explore, offering birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts lots to watch and enjoy. In the late spring to late summer the ranch is overwhelmed with the Redwing Black Birds that migrate to nest in the wetlands, filling the air with their song. There are also many Pine Siskins that feed from your hands. The Wilson Snipe also migrate to nest in the wetlands, offering amazing sounds as they feed.
