Positive: The owner of the motel personally manages the property and was available at the front desk to assist with any questions, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our stay due to the unavailability of an extra bed. That said, the property owner was extremely kind and understanding—she promptly issued a full refund and even helped us find a suitable alternative accommodation nearby. Overall, a very positive and honest experience with excellent customer service.

Negative: The booking process allowed us to request extra bedding for our child, but upon arrival we were told that the owner had already declined this request due to unavailability. This information was never shared with us beforehand by Booking.com. Because of this miscommunication, we had to cancel our stay and urgently find another property.
